The idea was passed down from other clubs nationwide and is instrumental in building a healthy club. Rewards Program for the club will start in summer/fall for the next Fiscal Year. What are the goals for this program? Build our club’s membership Encourage and reward member participation Promote recruitment and retention of members Assist in filling Officer Positions Promote membership in American Hemerocallis Society (AHS) The idea is that as we go through the year you have the opportunity to earn Club Money (credit) to spend on plants. These Club dollars are per Family with each family responsible for signing the attendance sheets. Club dollars are credits that you can use to buy plants at the club auction which is proposed for Sept or Oct the next year. After the Auction in Sept/Oct all Club money accounts Zero and we start again. Credits are not transferable and expire when the fall auction closes. Club Dollars - Credit $5.00 + $5.00 Attending a club meeting or Attending a club meeting and bring a new member(s) ( - $2.00) Missing a meeting (any reason) $5.00-Max $30.00 Donating plants for sales or auctions (Prepared, bagged and tagged) $5.00 per $100 value $15.00 ($20.00) AHS Membership (for Couple) $10.00 PDC Member $20.00 Hosting a club function such as a Picnic or Garden Tour $25.00 Passing Exhibition/Garden Judges Clinic I / Attending a Region event that year $25.00 Passing Exhibition/Garden Judges Clinic II $10.00 Participation in the Annual Show (Clerk, Sale, Classification, Setup/Cleanup, etc) $5.00 Per Newsletter event for preparing, addressing and mailing (or assisting) $25.00 Ea Holding a leadership position such as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary $25.00 Show Chair and/or Co-Chair
